Nicole Malachowski has built her success through embracing change and breaking down barriers. She has acquired many titles throughout her career including first woman Thunderbird pilot, combat veteran, fighter squadron commander, White House Fellow and advisor, and she has been inducted into the National Women’s Hall of Fame. While commanding a successful career and raising a family, she has battled stereotypes and overcome obstacles like neurological tick-borne illness.
Malachowski was chosen as the Reconnect ’24 keynote speaker to inspire and show attendees that they have it within them to face challenges head-on and forge their own path to achieve their goals.
