1 Why is it so important to find new ways to connect with patients in need of hearing care?
Over the years I’ve seen how frustrated people can get with their hearing aids. When patients get frustrated, they tend not to wear their devices and therefore don’t get what they need.

When it comes to hearing care and purchasing hearing aids, there are a lot of options for patients these days. Some options are better than others. At Birmingham Speech & Hearing Associates, we feel like we are one of the best options, so we need to give patients easy access to our practice. With our stronger digital strategy, we can reach these patients.
2 What has been your biggest win with the Iris program so far?
We are consistently seeing new patients come to us through our website. And these patients are ready to take the next step and treat their hearing loss. They are ready to be fit with hearing aids. This is huge.
3 What do you like best about your Iris website?
The ease of not having to maintain it myself. I also know that everything is current and I don’t have to worry about it. It’s easy. If I do see something that needs to be done, it gets done very quickly. The team turns my requests around very quickly.
4 Why would you recommend CQ Partners over another digital strategy?
Before Iris, we had used a local company. I noticed a huge difference just when we began Iris two years ago and now an even bigger difference with Iris+. I know sometimes providers try to use their own people to build and maintain their websites. But I believe you should rely on someone with the real-life expertise.
