Julia Ahlquist joined CQ Partners at the start of 2023 as an Account Manager. She feels honored to work directly with practice owners, audiologists, and their teams to give them the tools, training, and coaching to achieve their goals. As an audiologist of more than 20 years and a previous practice owner herself, Julia knows exactly what challenges are facing today’s practices, and understands the resources they need to succeed in every aspect of business including marketing, operations, human resources, and more. She is passionate about providing the necessary solutions to improve the patient journey and day-to-day operations for each member of a practice. Julia loves getting to work closely with practices and their entire staff while witnessing their development and growth.

Ed Anthony first joined CQ Partners in 2009. He graduated from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and has over 30 years of experience in the hearing healthcare industry. Ed has worked in a variety of sales, training, and leadership roles for multiple companies, including a hearing aid retailer, a hearing aid manufacturer, and an audiometric equipment distributor. Helping hearing care professionals help more people is his passion.

Scott Berger joined CQ Partners in 2010 and currently serves as our Vice President of Sales for our Hospital, University, and ENT Division. Previously, he spent nine years leading our Sales Analytics department. Scott holds an MBA in finance from Hofstra University and has several years of experience working in operations, analytics, and supply chain in the medical device industry. He is passionate about working directly with customers in an entrepreneurial setting.*

Allison Catlett Gill

AuD, CCC-A – Account Manager

Allison Catlett Gill, AuD, CCC-A – has clinical interests which include diagnostic evaluation of hearing loss and hearing-related disorders, recommendation and fitting of amplification, and assisted listening devices.  Allison most recently was the Director of Audiology and Speech Pathology at University of Arkansas Medical Sciences. Allison is a member of ASHA and the Arkansas Academy of Audiology.

Dr. Heather Carter has been an Account Manager for CQ Partners for almost a decade and has recently been appointed the Director of Audiology for the company. After receiving both her master’s and doctoral degrees in audiology from Gallaudet University, she later became the Assistant Director of Audiology in a well-established ENT practice and a customer of CQ Partners. Dr. Carter was able to effectively utilize the tools and guidance from her partnership with CQ to more than double the practice’s clinical locations and overall revenue. With over 20 years of experience as a clinical audiologist, Heather brings a unique perspective to successfully support all her customers. In addition, she coordinates a twenty-person Advisory Council of clinical thought-leaders to share insights, ideas, and meaningful collateral with the industry.*

AJ Cauterucci joined CQ Partners in 2021 and served on the new business acquisition team. In 2023, AJ transitioned to an Account Manager, supporting our members on the West Coast. AJ holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Iowa State University. With over 15 years of experience in medical sales and practice management, AJ brings valuable leadership experience to help guide hearing healthcare practice leaders in achieving their business goals.

Lou Condrasky, CQ Partners Account Manager, brings over 32 years of experience in healthcare operations, marketing, and clinical care solutions. Lou’s unique combination of experience gives him a competitive edge when it comes to helping our members grow their practices. Originally earning his bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Lou has worked in a variety of settings including acute care, medical rehabilitation and for the past 13 years hearing healthcare operations, before transitioning into business development. Lou’s first-hand experience working with patients allows him to understand the need for excellent patient care and how important it is for CQ Partners members.*

Bill Connerton is the National Vice President of Sales. He has been with CQ Partners since 2011 and has worked extensively with some of the largest practices in the country. Bill has developed and leads a team of Account Managers that drive behavior change in practices, including the development of business owners who partner with CQ. Before joining the company, Bill worked for J&A Marketing, a military distribution firm where he managed key accounts and vendor partnerships and increased sales from $4 million to $32 million.*

Jennifer Dahmer

Jennifer Dahmer joined CQ Partners in 2022 as a Business Advisor in Specialty Sales. Jennifer brings a unique level of understanding and appreciation to CQ Partners, as she was previously nationally board certified in hearing instrument sciences as well as a licensed instrument specialist. Before joining CQ, she spent four years with HealthyHearing.com and has spent her entire career in medical sales, marketing, and business development. She has experience in private practice and academic settings, small family-owned clinics, and large retail locations. At CQ Partners, Jennifer works to make sure that CQ members get the most out of our specialty sales programs, so they can continue to improve lives through hearing and communication.*

Rich D’Amico has been with CQ Partners for over five years. During that time, he has progressed from an Inside Account Representative to our New Business Acquisition Manager. Rich has the opportunity to work closely with several of our accounts and has helped them grow their revenue by providing them with proven strategies to develop their business. Along with his team, he is able to help ENT practices maximize efficiencies and grow their revenue as well as help recruit and train staff. The most fulfilling aspect of Rich’s position is being able to see the practices he works with make progress and obtain their goals.*

Alex Drager came to CQ Partners with valuable marketing experience specific to the hearing industry. He has created direct mail and digital marketing campaigns for small and large organizations across the United States, helping providers with their unique challenges. Alex holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and understands the importance of consistency when it comes to digital marketing and branding. He has helped potential patients be aware of where they can receive help for their hearing through his work in the marketing industry and by helping providers grow their practices.*

Barry Drogy is the Regional Manager in the West. He returned to the company in 2020 after spending several years working as a partner in a large hearing aid dispensing practice. He has nearly 30 years of varied business experience in financial services, business consulting, private practice ownership, hearing aid retail, and investment management. Barry has helped business owners increase revenue and profitability significantly while coaching them from a startup to exit. There are two pillars of success that he has experienced with all of the practices he’s worked with: execution excellence and communication. Barry’s passion for success drives real results. By being the spark that ignites the belief that anything is possible and a CAN-I (Continued & Never-Ending Improvement) attitude, he has continuously helped teams exceed their goals and achieve success.*

Vikki Edmond joined the company in 2021 and currently serves as a Marketing Account Executive. Vikki earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from West Chester University and completed graduate coursework in Digital Communications and Advertising at the Newhouse School for Communications at Syracuse University. Her background is in healthcare marketing and public relations.*

Miki Follin has been an Assistant Account Manager with the West Team at CQ Partners since 2016. She has more than 15 years of experience in retail store management, customer service management, and training. Miki graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, and previously worked for CVS/Pharmacy and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. She enjoys working with different staff members in practices and sharing her excitement for helping people hear better.*

Sara Francks

SVP, Operations

Sara Francks is a proud graduate of Brigham Young University with a BS in Sociology. She has been in the hearing healthcare industry since 2006 where, as a Senior Operations Manager for Sonic Innovations, she played a major role in creating the HearingLife Retail Division and helping to integrate HearingLife into The Demant Group. Sara’s breadth of experience spans Operations, Sales, and Marketing. Prior to her move to CQ Partners in 2020, Sara was the Sr Director of Acquisitions & Support Services and Senior Director of Change Management for HearingLife. She is passionate about process improvement, change management, and business and leadership development. At CQ Partners Sara leads Operations, Customer Management, HR and Recruiting, Vendor Relations, and Sales Analytics teams.*

Julie Gesuale joined CQ Partners in 2010 and currently serves as an Account Manager in the company’s Hospital and University Division. Her diverse professional background includes customer service, marketing, and project management experience. Prior to joining CQ, Julie worked in private practice, wearing many different hats—front office staff, telemarketer, office manager, community outreach specialist, etc. She also helped create the Healthy Living Caravan, a grassroots, traveling health fair organization that connects healthcare professionals to communities throughout Southwest Florida.*

Caroline Grant leads the People and Culture function for CQ Partners. Caroline and her team are focused on helping practices build a strong and resilient workforce through talent acquisition, employee development, and culture-building solutions. Caroline brings 15+ years of diverse cross-functional Human Resources experience with a focus in Talent Acquisition, Change Management, and Training & Development. She is passionate about the power of human potential and enjoys helping leaders enable this in their teams.

Katie Hutchinson is the Director of Marketing at CQ Partners. She has over 12 years of agency and client-side experience across a wide range of sales and marketing disciplines, including digital and integrated marketing programs. She previously served as an adjunct professor at New York University’s Public Relations and Corporate Communications graduate program where she provided hands-on instruction to students on building strategic communication and social media plans.

Jesse James helps members succeed by acting as their personal concierge. Jesse gives each member a personalized experience while providing them with the accurate information they need and problem solving on difficult transactions. She prides herself on being able to offer the best possible service to practices while not missing a beat in this fast-paced environment. Jesse’s tremendous customer management experience from medical and dental sales, as well as hospitality, helps her really understand the businesses she works with and develop long-lasting connections. She appreciates being able to work in a caring industry that makes a significant difference in people’s lives. Jesse is driven to help practices achieve their goals by the knowledge that patients will be able to get the help they need and better communicate with their loved ones.

Olivia Kapfhammer began working with CQ Partners in 2023 as an Account Manager. As an audiologist herself, Olivia is able to use her knowledge and experience in hearing healthcare to form a deep understanding of what practices need in order to reach their goals. In her work with CQ Partners members, Olivia values open communications and accountability of action plans. She has prior experience both in a clinical setting and in medical device sales. She’s worked alongside industry leaders in many facets of the audiology industry and that experience has provided her a perspective that drives success and helps member practices achieve their goals.

Nick Miller joined CQ Partners in 2021 as an Account Manager with over 20 years of sales and training experience. He earned his MBA in 2008 and has worked in a variety of different sales roles across a variety of different industries including, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and business-to-business sales. Nick is also an Eagle Scout and fluent in Spanish.

James Page recently rejoined CQ Partners after previously spending six years with the company. He currently serves as an Account Manager, supporting our members in the Northeast. James holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from SUNY Geneseo, and has a strong background in business development, consulting, and marketing. After spending years in the hearing healthcare industry, he spent the last six years developing communities in the software space before returning to hearing healthcare. James currently uses his comprehensive experience to support CQ members in reaching their personal and professional goals.*

Dom Spadaro is CQ Partners Vice President of Sales. Dom has over 15 years of experience in the medical and hearing healthcare industries, and he previously operated his own consulting branch before joining the CQ Partners team. Dom is responsible for organically growing CQ Partners members and their businesses by managing the sales advisors who consult them. He continuously builds relationships with members, our vendor partners, and he is always looking for ways to add new membership to CQ Partners.*

Kate Thomas has been committed helping CQ Partners members succeed for 14 years. Kate is currently an Assistant Account Manager, but she began her time with CQ in recruiting and has experience working with strategic accounts, giving her a wide scope of knowledge regarding the needs of member practices. Prior to working with CQ Partners, Kate received her bachelor’s degree in business management from West Chester University and spent time recruiting in the mental and behavioral health industry. At CQ Partners, Kate provides support both internally and to our practices with onboarding, training, schedule auditing, and more. She is passionate about supporting someone’s vision and turning it into a reality.

Indy Thomsen is our dedicated Customer Experience Manager, who breathes life into our commitment to ensuring the best experiences for both our customers and team members. With a robust tenure of over ten years in the hearing industry, Indy’s expertise is multi-faceted. From serving as a PCC, HIS-Trainee, Aud Assistant, Systems Implementation Specialist, National Trainer, developing curriculum organization-wide, to trailblazing a virtual care department, Indy’s experience is diverse and brings unique perspective.  With a bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology & Audiology, along with a Master’s in Organization Development and Change Management, Indy is skilled in understanding customers’ needs and driving effective change within any organization.

Tim Turner joined the organization as an Account Manager in 2019 and currently supports members in the Southeast, helping them to reach more people, optimize their patient outcomes, and operate thriving businesses. Tim is a licensed hearing instrument specialist with more than 15 years of experience in the hearing healthcare field, working with manufacturers as a Business Development Manager as well as directly with patients in his own hearing clinics. He received his B.S in Physiology from the University of Florida.
